Every athlete we test gets uploaded into @rockdaisyams so coaches can track progress, build leaderboards, and keep all their athlete data in one place.

The goal isn’t to test once, the goal is to create a system that helps athletes improve over time.

Comment “ROCKDAISY” for a free 7 day trialThis might be the most versatile training tool I’ve used in the weight room 😱

Plyometrics
Isometrics
Off-platform change of direction work
Force production
Force absorption

What I like most is that it loads athletes on the way up and on the way down. You’re not just training how to produce force, you’re also training how to absorb it.

I’ve already used it with 100+ athletes and continue finding new ways to implement it into training, testing, and rehab settings.

And when it comes to portability, this thing is coming with me everywhere.

Curious what coaches think…

Would you use something like this in your weight room? If yes, how would you use it? 👇Finally got my hands on the @kinvent_official Force Plates

I’m excited to start using these with our athletes for combines, performance assessments, return-to-play decisions, and day-to-day training.

Most people think force plates are just for measuring vertical jump, but they’re really a way to understand how an athlete produces and absorbs force.

With force plates, we can look at:
• Explosive power
• Reactive strength
• Left vs. right asymmetries
• Landing mechanics
• Balance and stability
• Fatigue and readiness
• Progress over time

What excites me most is being able to give athletes objective feedback instead of guessing. Whether we’re testing at a combine, evaluating an athlete before training, or tracking progress throughout a season, the data helps us make better decisions.

The KINVENT system is portable, easy to set up, and backed by research showing strong reliability for jump testing and force assessments. It can be used for CMJ testing, drop jumps, balance assessments, asymmetry tracking, and much more.

This is just the beginning.

Over the next few weeks I’ll be sharing how we’re using force plates in combines, athlete evaluations, speed training, jump development, and return-to-play testing.
